Eek! Records has launched a forum today. We ask that all users of the Eek! Adder and Promoter join these forums as our goal is to put a support community together for the issues that some of you have been having with the softwares. Everyone else is certianly welcome to join, however posting your concerns in the forum will help our programmers troubleshoot problems with the softwares.
10/24/05 - Eek! Adder 1.7: E-Mail Invites!
Due to popular demand, and since the introduction of the CAPTCHA system really slowed down the world of Friend Requesting, we’ve added an additional form of adding to the Eek! Adder. The “E-Mail Invite” adding method doesn’t send out a friend request. Instead, it sends out an e-mail with an invitation and button to the user to add you as a friend. This way they can check your page out, and request you if they like it! And best of all, NO CAPTCHA! Pro version only.
10/23/05 - Eek! Adder 1.6: E-mails and 100 Friends FREE!
Looks like we’re getting into the habit of giving things away for free here at Eek! Records. Now you can try before you buy with a fully functional Pro Adder loaded with 100 Friend Requests for FREE! Oh, and we figured we’d throw something in for the users who already purchased theirs. Nothing too big. You can just send e-mails along with your requests. 
This was in response to the multiple e-mails I had gotten in stating that you’ve had more success sending out requests coupled with an e-mail. Well, now you can!
10/23/05 - Eek! Promoter FREE for a limited time!
It seems as if the $10.00 submission fee for the Eek! Promoter didn’t take off too well. We can certianly understand this since at it’s current point it can only guarantee 9 unique hits per day. But the more people that sign up to the service, the more hits everybody gets. That’s how the system works! So Eek!’s decided to stick our own necks out and eat the submission fees for whoever wants to jump on this service. 10/22/05 - Auto Invite? No you didn’t!
Yes, we did. Eek! Adder Pro now includes support for Auto-Inviting! Say goodbye to clicking 1000 times every time you want to promote a show. Simply go to your event, hop over to the invite screen, and pull up the Select by Location feature. Eek Adder will do the rest! What’s even better is that the feature is automatically called just by you clicking on the ‘Select Friends by Location’ link! Talk about artificial intelligence! Basic users can see how the feature works by running the adder in demo mode. And then you’re going to want to head over to the Upgrade page. So I’ll link that for you. Here you go.
10/18/05 - Introducing Eek! Promoter!
Today, Eek! Records released the second title in its line of Band/Label/Promoter software. The Eek! Promoter! This is a link sharing utility for bands to help each other potentially achieve thousands and thousands of hits on their band profile websites daily. The more people that get involved with it, the better it works, so go check it out!
10/18/05 - Eek! Adder 1.4!
Wow. That was fast. Basically we decided the Quick 50 option was stupid. Just hit the stop button. We removed this feature and added in it’s place a very useful one instead. We’ve been recieving concerns from users about whether they can tell if you’re using automated software, especially since the introduction of the new CAPTCHA system. We thought about this, and even though it’s very unlikely, if they really wanted to check their logs we suppose they can guess that somebody might be using an automatic adder by the consistancy. For this reason, we invented the ‘Realistic Add’! This adding method waits a random amount of time between each action, and also navagates to a user profile before it adds them as if you were pulling them right off of a search result. It’s 100% completely undetectable. Don’t say we don’t listen to our users. 
10/18/05 - Eek! Adder 1.3!
Eek! Adder 1.3 was released today including support for logging and skipping added and pending friends. Now when you pull up that saved list you don’t have to wait for it to go through all of the people you already may have added or had pending before you started using the software. This makes resuming lists a breeze! It’s also great for sweeping through a list quickly in case you missed anybody. We also silenced those nasty clicks when saving and loading lists into the CAPTCHA Hack Add-On. And last, but not least, we fixed the bug where the program would crash if you closed it while adding.
10/17/05 - A New Solution To Image Verification!
A very practical and efficient solution has been provided by our friends at Silent Productions (www.silent-products.com) that is being exclusively sold here as an add-on to the Eek Adder! This solution allows the user to cache many of these image verifications all at once BEFORE starting the bot (instead of while running). This allows a completely unattended broadcast like that provided before the image verification system was implemented. Now you do not have to wait around and baby-sit your Friend Adder - you just turn it on and let it go. This new security has become beneficial to the original customers who have access to this new solution by giving them an edge over all others who are now stuck with obselete bots. In amidst of this change, this add-on can add friends at a rate between a friend every one to two seconds. Adder 1.13 was released today with more support for stopping at image verification, a few bug fixes, support for starting your serach anywhere in the list, AND.. the long anticipated saving and loading of lists! Now you don’t have to go through the whole adding process every single time. Simply load up your list in a few seconds and start where you left off!

10/9/05 - Group Support for Eek! Adder Pro! That’s right! Eek! Adder Pro now supports collecting groups to be added. I thought that the pro users weren’t quite getting their extra 20 dollars out of the program, but now that it supports adding groups, it opens up a world of new targeted advertizing! If you’ve already ordered Eek! Adder Pro, simply send an e-mail to sales@eekrecords.com and request an update. Be sure to include the e-mail address you have your Adder registered to.
